Normally you will be contacted the same day with confirmation of your booking and to discuss any final details, usually by email.

A ‘Meet and Greet’ service is where your chauffeur driver will park his vehicle and meet you with a name board in the appropriate place i.e the arrivals hall, inside the terminal building. All our drivers make contact with you to put your mind at ease as you pass through the airport. For all other ports or destinations you will be advised at the time of booking.
We can offer you check in service where your chauffeur driver will park up on arrival to the airport and accompany you and any luggage to the check in area. This is especially useful for those who have never travelled through a particular port and require additional assurance / guidance.
We can also provide a check in and security service, this is especially useful for unaccompanied minors (UM”s), young adults or female travellers travelling alone. This service means your chauffeur driver will accompany you throughout the check in service and all the way up until you pass through security to airside. We offer this package usually under our Private Security Services, but can add this on as required to other bookings.
In the case of Airports your chauffeur driver will meet you inside the terminal building, in the arrivals hall, with your name on an iPad or name board.
For other pickup locations you will be advised at the time of booking.
No, we will track your flights progress when it is in the air. We do not charge you if your flight is delayed or early and there is no charge for the 1st hour from the time your flight lands, if for any reason you are delayed for more then 1hr after your flights land a standard waiting time of £30.00 per hour will be applied or part thereof. All Bookings are subject to parking which is charged at cost. Our drivers never enter the car park until the flight is showing as ‘on approach’ so the parking costs are kept to a minimum for the client.
Yes as all bookings are pre booked so we can provide a 24hr service.
Onboard Wifi can be made available subject to coverage by Vodafone UK (3G/4G) and laptops and tablets PC’s can be used and do not interfere with any of the vehicles systems, if you require power to charge your device on the move we carry a standard 3 pin uk power adapter or alternatively if you have your own cigarette lighter charger or USB charger cable we’d be happy to connect this for you.
Yes, we have a number of high profile or high net worth clients, we cannot however offer services to celebrities of A, B, C or D list status due to insurance reasons, Z List celebrities, local celebrities, radio and TV and other famous individuals we can work with. The work is carried out on a UK non hostile or low threat level basis. Any other requirements will be discussed at the time of engaging services. We can usually assist in most situations.

Fully insured for the carriage of passengers as required by law. Public Liability Insured. All Vehicles are tested twice yearly by an Enhanced Ministry of Transport Test (Enhanced Commercial MOT). All paperwork and licenses are available for inspection upon request. We maintain our vehicles through main dealers and do not operate on budget parts. Yes, our chauffeurs can show / accompany you to a designated smoking area.
